10 Days of Prayer Returns to Boerne September 11–20 πŸ™

September 10th 2026 | Saige Diaz

Boerne Prays is hosting 10 Days of Prayer from September 11–20, 2026, with gatherings taking place at churches and community spaces throughout Boerne, plus a special gathering at the Texas State Capitol in Austin.

The heart of the event is beautifully simple: β€œthat all may be one.”

Rather than gathering as individual congregations, believers from across the community are invited to come together as one Church to worship, seek God, intercede for unreached people, and pray for Boerne, our nation, the nations, and Jerusalem.

What is 10 Days of Prayer?

The idea behind 10 Days of Prayer looks back to the early Church and the disciples gathering together in prayer before Pentecost.

The 2026 observance takes place during the biblical Days of Awe, beginning with the sounding of the shofar and continuing through the Day of Atonement. Boerne Prays describes these 10 days as an opportunity for the Church to seek God's face together and pray for the salvation of cities, nations, and Jerusalem.

The Boerne gatherings are also part of a much larger movement, with churches across the world joining together in prayer.

You don't have to attend all 10 days to participate. Families and individuals can join whichever gatherings work for them.

Come Pray With Boerne ❀️

One of the things we love most about Boerne is seeing our community come togetherβ€”and there's something especially meaningful about churches across denominations gathering not under one church name, but simply to seek Jesus together.

You don't have to belong to one of the hosting churches, and you don't have to attend every night. Come for one evening, several evenings, or all 10.

Bring your family. Bring a friend. Bring a lawn chair when the gathering is outdoors, and come pray for our community.

β€œPeople of one city will go to another and say, β€˜Come seek the Lord with me. I myself am going.’” β€” Zechariah 8:20–21
