Young artists ready to take their creativity to the next level are invited to join April’s Art Haus Young Creators Collective, a boutique fine art mentorship experience designed for dedicated young artists.
During this six-week program, students will deepen their technical skills, explore a variety of fine art mediums, develop their individual creative voice, and learn more about the expectations of a working artist. Classes are intentionally kept small with a maximum of six students per group, allowing for personalized, one-on-one mentorship tailored to each artist’s goals.
Through focused mentorship, thoughtful projects, and professional-quality materials, students will build technical skills, artistic confidence, and a strong foundation for pursuing their creative dreams in a supportive studio environment.

Sunday – Zen & the Art of Mahjong
Slow things down with sunrise yoga on the Pool Event Lawn, followed by breakfast, Final Open Play, and a Farewell & Awards Wrap featuring final prizes and a group photo.

The Cibolo’s Trailblazers are heading out after dark for a Friends and Family Night Hike! This hands-on conservation program gives teens ages 13–18 opportunities to get outdoors, learn about the natural world, and connect with other young people who share an interest in conservation.
Trailblazers explore conservation, volunteer opportunities, career paths, citizen science, and more throughout the semester while earning up to 10 hours of community service.

The Kuhlmann-King Historic House Museum is inviting kids and grown-ups to help create a special Boerne Community Rag Rug! Inspired by Sophie Blackall’s children’s book Story Rug, this hands-on community project will bring everyone together to create a braided rag rug that will eventually be displayed at the historic house.
Bring 2–5-foot strips of fabric and help braid and coil them into the growing rug. Kids will get to contribute to something created by their community—and know that a piece of their handiwork will become part of a Boerne landmark!
Families can participate on one Saturday or come back for both and continue adding to the rug.
