A Magical Christmas Celebration for Families

Boerne’s Kinder Fest is beloved three-day celebration filled with Christmas magic, family activities, local shopping, and festive surprises around every corner. From December 12–14, 2025, families are invited to bundle up, sip something warm, and experience the joy of the season right in the heart of the Hill Country.

A Weekend Full of Christmas Fun

Kinder Fest is designed with families in mind—every activity, character appearance, and event is created to bring holiday cheer to kids of all ages.

Here’s what families can look forward to:

🎅 Santa & Mrs. Claus at The Pearl Antler

Saturday | 3pm–6pm

Meet the stars of the season! Santa and Mrs. Claus will be welcoming little visitors for photos, holiday wishes, and festive cheer. The Pearl Antler makes the perfect backdrop for magical Christmas memories.

🕵️‍♂️ Santa Scavenger Hunt

Friday & Saturday | 10am–5pm
Along the Hill Country Mile

If your kids love adventure, they’ll be thrilled with the Santa Scavenger Hunt! Families can explore the Hill Country Mile and participating businesses as they hunt for clues and festive surprises. It’s the perfect way to support local shops while making the day an interactive Christmas quest. Return your cards and be entered to WIN a prize!

Get ready for a show! The Iceman is coming to Boerne, carving incredible winter creations right before your eyes. Kids will love watching the transformation—from a solid block of ice into a sparkling work of art.

Saturday 10am–5pm & Sunday 10am–4pm
At the Main Plaza

Stroll through vendor tents filled with handmade gifts, seasonal treats, and local treasures. With over 100 booths expected, this year’s Christmas Market Days is the perfect place to shop small, support artisans, and find unique gifts for everyone on your list.
