Boerne Parks and Recreation invites families to spend a morning enjoying the skies at the first-ever Family Kite Day on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Boerne City Lake, 21 Upper Cibolo Creek Rd., Boerne, TX 78006.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own kites and flying skills for a day of outdoor fun, or use one of the decorating-friendly kites provided at the event while supplies last. Whether you’re a seasoned kite enthusiast or just looking to enjoy the breeze, this family-friendly event is a great way to kick off summer.
