Get ready to bake your own delicious sourdough bread in this interactive workshop at The Cibolo Center for Conservation.

Instructor Andrea Bohn will guide participants through the history, fermentation science, and techniques needed to create beautiful, homemade sourdough loaves.

Each attendee receives a take-home baking kit including a mixing bowl, tools, and sourdough starter so you can continue baking at home.
