Guests can enjoy a night of incredible food and community celebration at the Wild Game Dinner, the premier fundraiser for the Kendall County Jr. Livestock Association. This annual event supports local youth through scholarships, leadership camps, and educational programs centered on agriculture.

The dinner features a wide variety of wild game prepared by returning and new cook teams. Favorites from past years include bacon-wrapped quail, fried alligator and axis, and wild boar chili verde, all served in a casual, festive atmosphere. This year’s dinner will take place on October 18, with gates opening at 5 pm at the Kendall County Youth Ag & Equestrian Center, located at 648 FM 289 in Comfort, Texas.
