Explore one of the last pristine bodies of water in Texas during an interpretive guided walk to Honey Creek led by State Natural Area Superintendent Ranger Gil Martinez. This approximately 2-mile hike offers a chance to learn about the area’s rich natural and cultural history while enjoying the beauty of the Texas Hill Country.

The trail is moderate in difficulty, featuring mostly flat terrain with some rocky areas, slopes, and a couple of short, steep hills. Along the way, participants will gain insight into local flora, fauna, and the unique ecosystem surrounding Honey Creek.
