Try your luck at roulette, craps, Texas Hold ’Em, and slot machines while live jazz from the Dirty River Jazz Band sets the tone for the evening. Enjoy refined Hill Country dinner bites, celebrate with a champagne toast at midnight, and take in a spectacular fireworks display over the Tapatio Springs golf course.
