Participants explore volunteer opportunities, career paths, public speaking, and connect in a supportive community of like-minded individuals at The Cibolo Center for Conservation. Students will also have the opportunity to take part in a Citizen Science project. This is a hands-on program — expect to be outdoors and active!

Led by certified guides, this interpretive hike takes visitors through the beautiful Honey Creek State Natural Area while learning about the region’s unique flora, fauna, geology, and cultural history.

The guided hike is approximately two miles and considered moderately difficult, with mostly flat terrain along with some rocky areas and short but steep hills. The walk lasts about 2½ hours with plenty of stops along the way for discussion and discovery.
